Israeli offensive in Rafah

According to a report, an israeli war cabinet member said an offensive will be launched in Rafa unless hamas free all hostages by 10 March, though the israeli prime minister has said that Israel will go ahead in Rafah, Gaza’s southern most city. Reportedly, global opposition is growing to an offensive in the city, and Saudi Arabia has warned of very serious repercussions if they go ahead. According to the report, the war cabinet member said Israel would act in a coordinated manner, facilitating the evacuation of civilians in dialogue with u.s. and Egyptian partners.
