Israeli Election

According to reports, on Tuesday 27 October Israel will be holding their first election since the hamas led attacks in October 2023. Reportedly, in order to win a governing majority a party needs to secure atleast 61 of the 120 seats in the israeli parliament or form a coalition.

According to a report, polls suggest prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s governing alliance will win 50 seats while the opposition coalition is expected to win 52, if so arab parties such as ra’am and the joint list which are pro-palestinian will determine who governs.
