Will the UK conform to eu protocol?

According to reports, most northern Ireland sea checks are suspended until the end of September. Reportedly, a British paper published in July seeks an end to all customs formalities including all sanitary and phytosanitary checks and certificates except for goods prelisted as being destined for southern Ireland. The uk are said to want British products not approved by the eu to trade in northern Ireland and to remove the european commision and the european court of justice from having a part in overseeing the protocol. Instead, according to the report they hope to set up their own international arbitration system to deal with any problems.

Reportedly London recently disclosed that 300 medicines currently entering northern Ireland will be discontinued at the end of the current period of grace.
