According to a report Poland are vetoing the eu budget on the basis of the supreme court who reportedly hold power to supercede the government, though supreme courts are not believed to be an eu innitiative. Poland may be the most recent victim of the the takeover phenomena, thought to be the case in most places. Despite reports of Hungary complaining alongside along similar lines, according to a previous news report a Hungarian delegate assisted in their establishment.
