Wagner boss killed in airplane crash

According to reports, the leader of wagner, Yevgeny Progozhin and his right hand man Dimitri Utkin are believed to have been killed when their private plane crashed near Moscow. Reportedly, according to u.s. sources Russia’s intelligence agency fsb were likely behind the crash. Progozhin led a shortlived mutiny against the russian military in June concerning conditions in Ukraine.

According to a report, Wednesday’s crash came on the same day that airforce chief Sergei Suravikin was sacked, he had been known to have good relations with Progozhin. Reportedly, president Putin described him as a talented business man who made serious mistakes.
