According to reports, Russia has agreed to a ceasefire in order to enable people to evacuate the cities of Kyiv, Mariupol, Sumy, Kharkiv and Chernihiv via humanitarian corridors. Reportedly, 1.7 million are estimated to have fled from Ukraine.
