According to a report, there has been sustained shelling in Kyiv and heavy shelling in Kharkiv, though on the ground a counter operation is pushing russians back to the border. Reportedly, humanitarian corridors in Kyiv leading only to Russia weren’t adhered to, and a woman and two children were killed while trying to evacuate. According to the report, Russia may be announcing new humanitarian corridors Tuesday.
There has been no explanation by Ukraine regarding the 10,000 russian fatalities estimated. Intense shelling of several cities ensued. Reportedly, a third round of negotiations on Monday made little progress in easing the conflict.
