Tusla receive reports compiled by commission, original reports sealed

The Irish president, said by some to be representative of non nationals is seemingly now a signatory of new legislation. An example being the recent reports of the sealing for a period of thirty years the records of some mother and baby homes between 1922 and 1998. The sealing of the records, reportedly is the work of a special commision said to be set up to investigate the treatment of mothers and babies. A thought to be reason for the sealing of the records is that politicised reports will not be able to be checked for accuracy, though conclusions are thought to be contrary to details. The commission’s final report is expected on 30 October after which, in February the special group is said to dissolve. Reported cost €14 million: In addition Tusla, the social services child agency will receive reports said to be compiled by the commission.
