According to a report, thousands of people joined a save democracy rally in protest against India’s prime minister who they believe is rigging April’s election. Reportedly, Mr Kejriwal, a New Dehli politician was arrested by the federal enforcement directorate which is controlled by the prime minister on charges that Mr Kejriwal’s party accepted bribes amounting to 11 billion rupees (over 11 million euro).
According to the report, Mr Kekjriwal’s Aam Aadmi or common mans party said the charge is fabricated and politically motivated.
