Excrement apparently was smeared on prison walls leading to unsanitary conditions, and hunger strikes. Bobby was elected a member of parliament while on hunger strike. He was among ten prisoners who died of starvation in 1981. His funeral was said to have been attended by 100,000 people.

Stuart Lubbock, 31, was found face down in Michael Barrymore’s swimming pool, following a party in 2001. He might have drowned except according to experts he had suffered severe internal injuries that led police to believe he may have been raped and murdered.

According to various sources, there were three other people at the party that night including Barrymore, reportedly more for part of the time. Statements from the others didn’t reach the press.

The Thuringian branch of the Christian democrats was the centre of another debate following Christian Hirte’s dismissal. The party had emerged, according to reports as the most popular party in last October’s elections and had spent months forming a deal with the, described as centre left Social Democratic party and the Green party. The proposed coalition, recently signed, was said to pave the way for the vote for Premier which, according to the report no one expected Kemmerich to win. According to news, Kemmerich won by a single vote. The winning vote from Thuringian law makers.

The candicacy was immediately criticised by Angela Merkel. The eastern delegates were cautioned for forming a coalition with the smaller, thought to be minority Free Democrats, and Kemmerich is believed to be tendering his resignation. Germany has a history of banning socialism.

The Anglo-Irish agreement, 1985, was a treaty which aimed to bring about an end to the troubles in northern Ireland. Signed between the u.k. and Ireland, it gave an advisory role to the Irish government while northern Ireland was to remain as part of the u.k. constitutionally until such a time as a majority voted to join Ireland. It set out conditions for a devolved termed consensus government.

Three possible solutions brought forward by the New Ireland Forum, 1983-84, were a federal united Ireland, a confederal united Ireland and joint sovereignty. A confederation being described as a union of two sovereign groups for purposes of common action. Said to be usually created by a treaty, confederations of states are believed to be established in order to deal with issues such as defence, currency and trade etc.

The British-Irish intergovernmental agreement superceded the results of the Anglo-Irish intergovernmental conference. What proceeded was the as called good Friday agreement. SIV chimpanzees is thought to be linked to HIV 1. SIV smm is documented as relating to a particular monkey known as the sooty mangabey, and is linked to HIV 2.

As of 2010, there were eight known strains of HIV 2. Only two, A and B reported to have the ability to become widespread. Both groups are documented to be mainly found in West Africa, where the ebola virus is believed to be present in the water. According to research; though group A was reported to have spread globally to Europe and America, group B has remained confined to west Africa.

Both types of HIV can be contracted via blood, sexual fluids or breast milk.

Special tests are thought to be required for the detection of HIV 2 which, according to one source is now spreading to other parts of Africa, Europe, India and the United States.

The counting of votes for the Irish general election is reported to begin at 9 am this morning. The electoral system for electing the 160 members of Dáil Eireann is by single transferable vote. STV means the voter elects their preferred candidate and may elect back up preferences. The Irish electoral system as documented is believed to be of a system where each vote is credited according to the first preference, but may be transferred on later counts to the next available preference in the case of the first preference candidate being elected, having received their quota or falling out. All votes are believed to be validated in this system, which may help provide proportionate representation and representation for minority groups.

The counting of the votes begins with the ballot papers being sorted into piles and inspected for validity. The piles are then counted manually, witnesses observing. The count is recorded and counted again. If the results do not agree, it is counted a third time.

When all the piles are counted and the results agree, the results are certified and made public. The count as received is made public to allow anyone to double check the raw data. Such a system may be used for recounts.
