New President of Israel
isaac Herzog, former leader of the labour party has been voted president of Israel. Mr Herzog is chairman of the Jewish agency, a non profit organisation that helps people settle in Israel.

Hospitality and travel sector reopens
Irish hotels reopen today. From 19 June travel will be allowed within the eu via the green certificate scheme. Ireland West airport will reopen on 18 June when flights will operate to and from Liverpool and London for essential travel only.
Food, health and safety
According to a report Edwin Poots has turned down an offer to remove 80% of eu northern Irish border checks. The deal offered has no checks on animal products or animal veterinary checks. Mr Poot is reportedly looking for a more permanent way of dealing with food and health and safety.
Covid 19 leaked from a laboratory says intelligence source
According to a report, British agents believe it is feasible that covid 19 escaped from a chinese research laboratory, namely Wuhan institute of virology, to which China have angrily denied. It is not the first suggestion that the virus has escaped from a laboratory, but might be closer to home.
British intelligence are reportedly working alongside u.s. intelligence sources on the virus which first strook during talks concerning a major trade deal between China and the u.s. Following investigations, experts say there is no evidence that covid 19 was derived from chinese bats.
Black holes and neutron stars
Black holes, an explosion of which is thought by scientists to have created the big bang that created our world are super giant. Reportedly the smallest black hole is 3.8 times the mass of the sun, the largest being 78 billion miles in diameter, or 40% of our solar system.
Black holes are so called because they emit no light, are vacuums and contain what is described as dark matter, reportedly a mysterious substance connected to gravity.
