According to a report, south Sudan has granted sudanese professionals work permits to work in south Sudan. Reportedly, some sudanese doctors have fled to south Sudan following the outbreak of conflict between the Sudan armed forces and the rapid support forces in April.
According to the report, in 2012 Sudan and south Sudan signed a cooperation agreement granting citizens of both regions the freedom to reside and carry out business activities in either region.
