According to a report, on Wednesday a u.s. official said that the u.s. is considering airdropping aid from military planes into Gaza. Reportedly, the war in Gaza has killed more than 30,000 people, displaced nearly all the population and left gazans on the brink of starvation. Reportedly, acording to data the volume of humanitarian aid fell by half in February compared to January.

It is against orthodox jews’ religion to fight in the army and they are currently exempt from mandatory conscription but according to a report the israeli defence minister has said that orthodox jews must share the military burden. Reportedly, the announcement was welcomed by Benny Gantz, israeli politician and retired army general, but orthodox jews have said the issue could bring down the government.
