According to a report, the palestinian red crescent association said it has evacuated 31 premature babies from the Al Shifa hospital who are seeking urgent medical care in Rafah. Reportedly, hundreds of people have left the hospital since israelis carried out their operation and there are plans to transport the remaining patients and health staff following guarantees of safe passage by parties to the conflict. According to the report, officials are working to agree a deal, there is an idea that israeli hostages will be released in return for a pause in the fighting.
