According to a report, on May 11, some of 7000 paratroopers from 10 nato countries on a training exercise said to be in Bulgaria, Estonia and Romania mistakenly stormed a sunflower oil facility. On the same date a building next to the reportedly de-commisioned Cheshnegerivo airbase near Plovdiv, said to have housed the entire Bulgarian variable geometry fighter fleet was entered and cleared.
