According to the report, more than 3,000 refugees have crossed over to Armenia, and hundreds have already got accommodation. Reportedly, the armenian prime minister has announced that plans were in place to look after 40,000 refugees. According to the report, he said that his government were prepared to lovingly welcome armenians from Karabakh who he called brothers and sisters.
