One man, Vincent Muscat has been found guilty of the procurement and planting of a car bomb which killed Daphne Caruana Galizia in October 2017. A major project of the anti corruption campaigner was the sharing of data concerning the buying of gas by Socar from Shell which is believed to be sold to Malta at an inflated price.
