According to a report, Kuwait’s leader Sheikh Nawaf al Ahmad has died at the age of 86. Reportedly, the crown prince, 83 year old Sheikh Mishal al Ahmad al Sabah has been named as his successor.
According to the report, Sheikh Nawaf has been leader of the oil rich nation since 2020. Reportedly, he was defence minister when Iraq invaded Kuwait in 1990. According to a report, Kuwait asked the u.s. for help which began the Gulf war.
