According to a report the Libyan blockade on oil has been lifted. A believed to be 14 month fight for Tripoli was reportedly won by the u.n. backed government of national accord despite thought to be Libyan leader Khalif Haftar having the backing of thousands of Russians. The defeat is said to be due to the intervention of Turkey who backed the government of national accord. The thought to be u.n. presence in many parts of the country is believed to provide security for the new government. A photograph thought to have been taken following a signing ceremony showed a presiding government shaking hands with Khalif Haftar. All are wearing covid masks.
