According to a report, an israeli airplane travelling from Seychelles to Tel Aviv made an unscheduled landing at Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on Monday night due to an assumed electrical fault. Reportedly, Israel does not have formal ties with Saudi Arabia but since last year flights from Israel have been allowed to cross over its airspace. According to the report, Jeddah is approved in the case of unscheduled or emergency landings.
Reportedly, thrre were 128 israelis on board, passengers said they had been treated warmly by saudis. A new plane took them home in the morning.
