Accrdingto a report Afghanistan are facing a humanitarian crisis, meanwhile the u.s. have reportedly frozen us$9.5 billion in Afghan assets and have prohibited deliveries of cash. Reportedly china backed Afghanistan on Wednesday, saying the u.s. have no legitimate reason to do so.
