Disagreement over russian visit

According to a report, the eu are in disagreement with Hungary following a visit to the russian president by Viktor Orban, the new hungarian president of the European council. Reportedly, Mr Orban who has accused the eu of having a pro war stance also visited China and Ukraine. According to the report he wants to give peace a chance but has been criticised for vetoing a €50 billion aid package to Ukraine.

Reportedly, the eu’s foreign policy chief has changed the venue of August’s meeting of foreign and defence ministers from Budapest to Brussels because of Mr Orban’s visit to Russia. Only Slovakia and Luxembourg disagree.
