Last night, according to news atleast fifteen people died after being shot in Baghdad, reportedly near a main protest area.
Protesters, according to various reports are occupying bridges that lead to the as called green zone, or international zone, which is believed to be heavily fortified.
The Iraqi prime minister is reported to have resigned and may have left the area. The international zone, as called, is said to contain government buildings. It is not known wether any Iraqi officials remain in the area.
