According to various reports meat plants came under scrutiny in August following a surge of covid 19 cases involving meat plant workers. In a recent report a spokesperson for meat plants said the hse were responsible for the testing of employees. It is not known if they are tested regularly, however samples are tested. Results during a reported 4 week period were that 40% of the samples were covid positive. Current data should be calculable on November 9 if testing is continuing.
