Another terrorist shot rather than charged

News of two knife attacks in London by former prisoner Suddesh Amman, 20 seem to be following a repeated pattern. Suddesh was described by a member of his old school as kind and polite. His family appear to believe he was radicalised in prison.
The two attacks were not fatal, details only about one. Described as shocking, the believed to be unprovoked attacks resulted in police shooting to kill.
There has been suggestions that policy is to change the mind of political prisoners opposed to the war, during their term in jail. It is not known whether this constitutes brainwashing and how this would be achieved.
In the case of Suddesh Amman, he is said to have been imprisoned for possessing and distributing what was termed as terrorist documents.
